The trail got between 10 and 14″ of snow total over the weekend and lots of wind.  The entrance to the trail has a huge drift across it, so bring your shovel to get on the trail.  Hwy 819, Kay’s loop and Eric’s loop have all been packed with the snowmobile, but with the continued wind, any open areas will be drifted.  The trail surface is powder/packed powder.  We’ll be running the Ginzugroomer at the end of the week after the wind and snow have subsided.

Watch out for a few snow craters where the packing snowmobile missed the trail a couple of times in the open areas.
