Merry Christmas!

Powder day on the West Elk trails. Eight to 10 inches of new snow. More moisture content than champagne but not too heavy. Decent.

25 degrees at the trailhead with a light wind.

Tod Tibbetts machine packed and groomed Hwy 819 and Kay’s Loop.

Three inches fresh powder overnight. Sunny and low 20s at the trailhead. Light wind.

Today Todd Kupka (photo above) worked on the ginzugroomer. Todd is our expert equipment manager. He does a fabulous job keeping our equipment running. We can’t thank him enough for his help!

Tod Tibbetts groomed over the fresh snow on Hwy 819 and Kay’s, and both cutoffs. But he left the powder on Eric’s Loop for your skiing enjoyment.
